Our training is a combination of theory with a ‘leading in a coaching style’ based converational co-learning. We combine a Themes in Collaboration Management theoretical base with Integral leadership and Solution Focused approaches.

We teach a range of core modules starting with Trust, and have several additional modules to select from depending on need. The programme is developed to match the needs of the client.

Team communication programme

We run our team communication programme as an outcome-oriented investigative process. The team will engage with and integrate Solution Focused communication skills into their day-to-day operations and report findings. Abi is a SFBT trainer, coaching supervisor and therapist with a track record of providing Solution Focused training since 2017. Programme: Day 1-2: Learning Solution Focused communication. Day 3: Developing SF teams.
